MoonPay Technology Services Limited has been successful in its registration as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) in Ireland, with the Central Bank providing approval in August.

Ireland’s dynamic technological and financial landscape provides an exciting opportunity for us to uphold these values.”
MoonPay joins an expanding cohort of registered VASPs, including Gemini (July 2022), Zodia Custody (July 2022), Coinbase (December 2022), Paysafe (January 2023), Kraken Digital Asset Exchange (April 2023), NoFrixion (May 2023), and Pionew Ireland (July 2023).
“With this new approval in Ireland, we are excited to make our mark in the country and continue to serve its citizens,” said Soto-Wright.
