After the success of its first run in 2020, the blockchain Babylon Project has returned for version 2.0 in 2021. From 24 October to 20 November 2021, there are workshops, both technical and non-technical, panels and talks, mentoring and information sharing events.
The Babylon Project is a series of virtual blockchain hackathons with thousands of global participants and sponsors. It aims to create an international community and ecosystem that empowers builders by providing and democratising access to knowledge, capital, and mentorship. The clear goal of the organisers is to: “Educate, empower, and elevate the next generation of builders.”
Activity ramps up for the final week, from 15 November, with a project submission deadline of 20 November at 23:59 PST. A closing ceremony takes place on 27 November.
